This venue has a fantastic location near public areas, the sea, and a park, and offers a delicious breakfast with a wide selection and welcoming service.

The king room is fabulous and has central heating, an electronic key card, and a work desk. The location is stunning, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Slatina Beach.

Such great stay, as always. Recently renovated property, clean, welcoming service and FANTASTIC value. Great unit with balcony. Fantastic staff throughout. Amazing and good location a few steps away from Amerikanski vrtovi. And close to private beach next door, the center of Opatija and the restaurant.

We had a great time at this place with a large twin room boasting a fantastic bay view and excellent services, set in a stunning location.

The room was spacious, with the balcony ovelooking the Kvarner gulf, with a beautiful view, the staff was friendly, and our dog was allowed to stay with us. I knew what to expect because it is a very old hotel that is not renewed. All in all, we were satisfied.

It is an old hotel without any modern facilities (even air condition, which is inconvenient in summer), such as the swimming pool, spa etc. But as I said we knew what to expect.

The hotel is clean, the staff are very helpful and location is marvellous. The rooms are good looking with a great view. There is a central heating, flat-screen television, and a sitting area - that's always a plus. Offers friendly service and outstanding food...

The single room was lovely looking and well-furnished with a balcony, beautiful view, big TV, and a big bed. the hotel was in a central setting close to the center of Opatija.

The hotel is directly on the beach with a beautiful view of Opatija and the see. Breakfast was great.

- There is absolutely no parking possible at the hotel. Don't come here by car!!!! You can only park on the street most likely far away from the hotel and must pay with coins every 3 hours!!!! Starting from 7:00 am until 21:00 pm. If you miss payment, your car will be towed! (Very costly) - reception staff should rather work at a prison rather than in a hotel - they don't really care about guests anyway, for example the door to the beach is usually closed so getting to the hotel to and from the beach means a 10 mins. walk around the block.

Location and the price.

They had a few free rooms with balcony, but we get the room on the top without balcony. I think, they first look at the price you have to pay, then they choose the room for you. It was wery hot in the room. The night was wery noisy outside (music from other hotel and the noise from the street).

Our twin room was huge with a particularly nice view of the bay. Unbeatable and amazing location - an easy walk to everywhere we needed. - It took only 5 minutes to walk to Opatija Nova Cesta bus stop.

I was a little misguided about the location, the location on the map was not the real location.

Nice hotel, but very old and without air condition. not for very demanding customers

first day the room was not adequately cleaned with vacuum cleaner. later it was better.

The hotel I always choose has friendly staff who helped me with printing. It suits me perfectly with amenities like free Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, bar/restaurant, fitness center, laundry, flat-screen TV. Coming back for business trips.

We had beautiful panorama from the room. The staff was helpful, the breakfast was quite good and more than enough. The dinner offer of the hotel was liberal and there is no competition in Opatija

The room itself was a little bit "oldstyle", the doors needed special care to close and lock. Unfortunately, the overnight live music in the neighboring casino strongly interfered with relaxing. Parking was solved as everywhere in Opatija, it was really crowded.

Nice place. Good value for money. It's worth to reserve a parking place, because it's almost impossible to find parking place in the city.
